Welcome to our Kitchen! Our 1500 sq/ft Commercial Kitchen prepares soups, salads, meals, entrees, and more for you to take home. Using fresh harvested vegetables right from our farm, as well as local meats, cheese, dairy, and ingredients sourced as local as possible we bring a whole new level to the "Farm-to-Table" movement! When you want a fresh cooked healthy, local meal but don't want to cook yourself, let us do the cooking!
Chef Paul Tawczynski is a master at utilizing the ever changing seasonal bounty from The Berkshires! Starting in the Spring when the first spears of asparagus start to poke out of the ground, all the way into the winter when the butternut, beets and carrots are at peak flavor out of storage, you can be certain of getting the highest quality meal and always at a reasonable price. We cut out ALL the middlemen, we are the grower, harvester, preparer, chef, and retail store.
